If you are not entirely satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, we're here to help. If you change your mind, that's okay. You can return the unused items in their original condition with the intact packaging within 7 days, no-questions-asked!

Please note that custom-size orders CANNOT be returned.

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in its original packaging.

• Your item needs to have a digital order receipt or proof of purchase.

• Your item must not be a custom item.

ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S) IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SHIPPED. IF THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED IN POOR CONDITION OR HAVE SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR, A REFUND WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED.

You will get a confirmation email from our representative for a free return pickup of the product. Please note that a return pickup will be initiated by our delivery partner twice. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM THE PRODUCT(S) BEING PICKED UP AND RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND THE REFUND BEING CREDITED TAKES AROUND 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and acknowledge the receipt of your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the item amount, minus the shipping charges (if any) to your chosen mode of payment. If an error was made from our end (for example, a wrong size or colour was shipped to you), we will cover the shipping charges paid at the time of your checkout. However, if you change your mind about the item or size and colour, the shipping cost (if paid at checkout) will not be refunded. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer or bank's policies.

KINDLY ALLOW 7 DAYS FOR THE RETURN TO BE PROCESSED AND FOR THE REFUNDED AMOUNT TO BE SHOWN IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
