Thank you for visiting and shopping at KottonCulture.in. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
In the rare case that there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
KottonCulture.in provides free shipping to all addresses* within the territory of India on orders above INR 5,000 and standard shipping on orders below INR 5,000 at a flat rate of INR 199.
The estimated delivery time from our warehouse to your doorstep is 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location:
Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 Days
Tier 2 Cities: 4Â to 6 Days
Tier 3 Cities: 5 to 7 Days
*Please note that we do not currently deliver to Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Sikkim and Ladakh*
Occasional delivery delays may occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Simply send us a photo of all packaging materials and goods and we will send you a replacement product after inspection.
